Refund policy for Premium Membership subscriptions
What is your refund policy for Motostew Premium Membership subscriptions?
We would hate to see you go, but if you cancel within the first 30 days, we will give you a full refund of your
membership fee paid EXCEPT in the specific instance you have already taken advantage of the Premium Membership
pricing and have made any purchases. The 30 days is calculated from the date of Premium Membership purchase.
If the cancellation occurs after the first 30 days, you will not receive a refund. To ensure that your credit card will
not be charged for your next billing period (Premium Memberships are annual), you MUST cancel your Premium Membership
subscription no later than 2 days before your next scheduled billing period begins. Once cancelled, you will continue
to have access to your Premium Membership pricing until the end of the current paid billing period. Upon the expiration of
the billing period in which cancellation is received, Premium Membership access will be terminated, the subscription will
expire, and no further Premium Membership subscription charges will appear on your credit card. Your Motostew access
level will be change to the Free Basic membership.
You must contact us via phone or email to cancel your subscription. Your cancellation must be received by the end
of business (5:00p Pacific Time) on the appropriate day as described above. All refunds will be given to the original
credit card on which the Premium Membership purchase was made. Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to
reach you or be charged back to your account.
NOTE: You may request a refund and immediate termination of your subscription in the case of fraudulent or
unauthorized usage of your credit card. If this is the case, notify us immediately.

- Email address used when subscribing
- Phone number including country code
Note: Cancellation e-mails sent after business hours will not be fulfilled until the following business day.
After processing your email request we will send a reply, including confirmation of the cancellation.
